As Amtrak continued testing the next generation of Acela trains on the Northeast Corridor, Alstom was continuing to build finalized trainsets for the order of 28. After assembly, some of these trainsets made a temporary trek down the Western New York and Pennslyvania railroad for storage at their yard in Olean, NY.

Above are pictures from November 2024, below are pictures from Feburary 2025, both depict storage movements from Alstom in Hornell to Olean on the east end of the old mainline. When the trainsets leave storage in late 2025, I will provide imagery of movements back to Hornell.
